Think of a chat session like a conversation.
Continue the Chat - “Same Topic, Keep Going”.
If you’re still asking about the same subject, keep typing in the same chat by using the SEND button
Niki will remember what you’ve already discussed, so you don’t have to repeat yourself.
Example:
You ask: “Explain Clause 3.9.4 in AS/NZS 3000.”
Next question in the same chat: “Now give me an example calculation for that clause.” and press the round blue
Send button.
Niki will use the earlier answer to help with the new one.
Starting a New Chat - “New Topic, Fresh Start”
If you want to ask about something
completely different, start a new chat by clicking on the
New Chat button
Niki won’t remember the old conversation, so it will give you a fresh, related answer.
Example:
Old chat:
“Explain Clause 2.9.7 requirements for switchboard labelling.”
New chat:
“List the key changes in AS/NZS 3000 Amendment 3 for residential installations.”
These topics aren’t linked, so a new chat keeps things cleaner.
