NECA rules

December 2025: NECA has lodged a minor rule alteration for approval by the Fair Work Commission. Contact NECA National on 1300 361 099 if you require any information.

Members are advised that a new set of NECA Rules has been approved by the Fair Work Commission as at 20 April and is available on the FWC website.

Rule alterations were lodged with FWC on 20 December 2022.
