NECA USA are pleased to invite members of NECA Australia to their annual Convention to celebrate their association’s 125th anniversary in Las Vegas.
NECA Australia joins the NECA USA 2026 Convention and Trade Show in fabulous Las Vegas for the first time ever!
Sun 4th to Wed 7th October 2026
You will have the opportunity to be part of:
- 3 General Sessions (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
- 1,750 minutes of educational sessions
- 1,800 minutes of educational workshops (covering contractor solutions, technology, and leadership topics)
- Access to the Trade Show/Expo and Showstopper Showcase across all three days, with 14 hours of exclusive access featuring more than 400 exhibitors and newly designed interactive areas
- Lunch at the Trade Show/Expo for all three days
- Opening Party on Sunday
- Closing celebration on Wednesday

Member Information
- There is no dedicated NECA Australia conference this year.
- This is a NECA USA convention that NECA Australia chapter is invited to attend. However, NECA Australia members will gather at the Ghost Lounge inside T-Mobile Arena. This gathering will serve as our group's official meetup to kick off the night together at the NECA USA opening event night.
- Special pricing of US$1775 for the convention is reserved for all members of NECA Australia and their partners.
- No social only function pricing is available.
- All prices listed are in US$. All prices reflected include all US taxes, except for hotel reservations.

- Accommodation Booking: The final step of registration will direct you to the official accommodation page. There, you can access exclusive, discounted hotel rates organized through NECA USA. You are welcome to arrange your own stay elsewhere in Las Vegas; however, please note that these special rates are only available via the official NECA USA convention booking link.
Should you choose to book accommodation independently, any issues, amendments, or cancellations relating to your booking will need to be managed directly with the accommodation provider, as NECA USA will be unable to assist with independently arranged reservations.

- Adult: $1,775 USD per person
- The cost for children is as follows:
- Child Reg 16+: $455.00 USD per child
- Child Reg 7-15: $125.00 USD per child
- Child Reg under 6: $0.00 – Free
