2025 NECA TAS Golf Day

Taking place on Friday, 14th November at Claremont Golf Club to raise funds for mental health and heart disease. 

The day will be raising funds for The Ride for Rob charity was, which was established by Simone Bearham in memory of her husband, Robert Bearham. In 2021, Rob went mountain bike riding, where he suddenly suffered a cardiac arrest caused by ischemic heart disease. This charity supports the Heart Foundation to continue their studies and advocacy into heart disease. 

Proceeds from the day will also be supporting TIACS and highlighting the importance of mental health advocacy. In memory of Mich Gordon, who sadly passed away from suicide at a very young age, this event provides an opportunity to raise awareness for mental health advocacy and suicide prevention in the construction industry.

Plus, the NECA Tasmania Golf Day will be hosting special guest speaker Stevie Baker who will be delivering key golf tips.
