NECA provides members with advice to minimise disputes, while actively representing members' interests in negotiations on wages and conditions in the electrical contracting industry and in ongoing discussions with relevant unions. NECA's personnel are also available to represent individual members in hearings before both state and federal Industrial Relations Tribunals.
