ElectroComms Contracting Foundation

Welcome to the ElectroComms Contracting Foundation, an initiative of NECA together with industry leaders and supporters.

The ElectroComms Contracting Foundation has been set up to develop skills within the industry, and to provide the funds necessary to upskill, mentor and support those who are developing their careers today, for the benefit of the industry tomorrow.

The Foundation achieves it goals through two key initiatives:

1. The provision of scholarships for individuals who have completed their apprenticeship and are looking to undertake further study to enhance their careers
2. The training course From Site Office to Head Office, a management training program created specially for the electrical and communications industry to upskill those who are technically skilled, but who wish to develop their managerial skills, either to enhance their performance in their current role or to enable them to move into a management position.
